Description

MISSION STATEMENT:
To enhance the quality of life by offering comfort and compassionate care with dignity and respect throughout of life’s journey.

Hospice of Charleston provides care to individuals living with life limiting illness as well as their families. Our focus is on quality and symptom management. Programs include hospice home care, inpatient hospice at our Hospice Center, services for medically fragile children in our KidsPath program, hospital consultant services in Palliative Care, home health and comprehensive bereavement in the Mourning to Morning program.
