Description
Hospice of Central PA is a community-based agency which has served Central Pennsylvania for 30 years. We were started by a group of volunteers who were seeking alternatives in care for people who were dying. We now have four clinical teams led by hospice physicians and consisting of nurses, social workers, hospice aides, volunteers, chaplains, massage and music therapy which reach out to different geographical areas of the community. In addition we have the only certified hospice residence in Central PA. We continue to supplement the care provided by our staff with the support provided by highly trained volunteers. All of our bereavement services are open to the general public.
