Description

Providing medical care, emotional and spiritual support to individuals with serious illnesses and their families throughout Erie County, NY.
Nearly 500 patients a day are supported with the compassionate and comprehensive care of Hospice in homes, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospice houses.
Funds raised also support Essential Care for Children, a nationally-recognized pediatric home care program for kids with life-threatening illnesses and their families.
