Description
Hospice Foundation of America works to serve those with life-limiting illness and their families. Through outreach, education, and advocacy HFA supports thousands of people each year who are coping with end-of-life challenges. HFA provides caregiver resources, an online hospice directory, 1-800 number and email hotline, grief and bereavement support, and has funded numerous grief camps for children throughout the United States.
