Hospice Care Plus provides care in six counties in Kentucky, with two rated as some of the poorest counties in the nation. Our mission is to empower individuals with a life-limiting illness to live the highest quality of life, respecting their values, beliefs, needs and those of their families and the communities we serve. Care is provided regardless of ability to pay.
