As volunteers and professional caregivers, Hospice Care of the Lowcountry affirms dying as a normal process of life and we neither engage in hastening or postponing death. Rather, we embrace quality of life, personal dignity, comfort and understanding. Therefore, inclusive in our mission are ongoing educational and supportive programs for our community, our patients, their families and the bereaved. Our hospice care is accessible to all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, lifestyle, or ability to pay.
