Description

Provides medical care, emotional and spiritual support to individuals with serious illness and their families in Erie County, NY.
More than 500 patients a day are cared for by the Hospice team in homes, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living, group homes and at Hospice Houses. The program also provides care to expectant parents whose unborn infant has been diagnosed with a life-threatening condition, through the Caring Hearts Perinatal Program.
