Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley provides hospice and palliative care services for the residents of St. Lawrence County, NY. We are a non-profit organization caring for an average of 68 patients per day. Our staff consists of full and part time staff including doctors, nurses, social workers, support staff and administrators. We are Medicare approved facility and have been in business since 1983.
