Description

The Hospice and Palliative Care Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) that was established to provide assistance to individuals who are challenged by end of life issues. Assistance from The Foundation may include help to those who are unable to pay for medications and other critical expenses due to a life ending illness. In addition to the provision and assistance for indigent care, the Foundation will be active in public education of the needs and care of individuals facing end of life, and provide support and assistance to bereaved and grieving family members.
