Description
Horizons is a summer enrichment program that offers academic, cultural, and recreational activities designed to help low- income students reach their full potential. Horizons has served 1,200 Rochester children since its inception at The Harley School in 1995. Horizons helps prevent summer learning loss in reading and math. 95% of Horizons graduates complete highschool on time and 90% enroll in college.
