Horizon Center for Children & Families (HCCF) provides therapy, at minimal or no cost, to children and families challenged by behavioral and emotional problems to promote improved functioning in their school and community life. HCCF also provides education on the benefits of mental health treatment and advocacy for these issues to the community.
