Description
Hope Outreach is a community supported outreach to help these people achieve opportunities to overcome and move on with the rest of their lives. Our ministry programs provide training and resources to help pregnant teens, people on a marginal income, marginal circumstances and the homeless to rebuild their self esteem toward self sufficiency.
