Description

Hope for the Child is a Minnesota based non-profit organization dedicated to serving and empowering abandoned and deprived children in Kenya, Africa. Our vision is to make quality education accessible to destitute orphans and disadvantaged children beginning with Project Mtoto in Kisumu, Kenya.


Project Mtoto gives hope for a brighter future. Like a family, we aim to provide a home, a school, a water-well, library and farming land for sustainability that will not only serve the children but the community at large.




We believe that the solution to hunger, poverty and HIV awareness is deeply rooted in education, enlightenment and active involvement of the community. Having a sense of family and love is essential to building a strong foundation for a child and directly impacts their contributions in rebuilding their own communities in the future.
