Description
Founded by a Vietnamese refugee in 2003, HCV supplies healthy food, educational materials and medical supplies to the poorest of Buddhist orphanages, Catholic children's homes and rural schools in and around Saigon (HCMC). HCV also makes small grants to exceptionally needy orphanages to build, for example, new roofs and kitchens. Ninety-eight percent of all money raised goes directly to the work of the charity. We are all volunteers.
