Description

Hoover Blue Thunder (HBT) is a youth swim team that operates as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation in Hoover, Alabama. Under the direction of Coach Rick Moulton, HBT has developed top-notch athletes at all ages, including some that have gone on to swim at the collegiate level. HBT has been leasing pool space at 3 different pools to cover the amount of lane space and times needed for the varying levels of swimmers. HBT desires to build a pool in Hoover, AL to serve as the team's home pool.
