Description

Hawc is a volunteer, non-profit livestock rescue group in Erie, PA. Our state certified humane investigating officers handle complaints of abuse and/or neglect for all hooved animals. All complaints are confidential. Our goal is to educate owners on proper care of their animals and inform them of PA humane laws. We rehabilitate and find approved adoptive homes for any animals surrendered to us. We work in conjunction with the PA State Police and local humane agencies.
