To prevent homelessness by matching providers, residents who need to share their residences in order to maintain them, with seekers, individuals seeking affordable housing in the community. These matches foster independence with dignity. HomeSharing is also committed to assisting its clients in locating and utilizing other available resources in the area such as: the Foodbank, low-cost medical care, and other suport services. The organization's services are provided free of charge to our clients. HomeSharing is unique -- it is the only agency in New Jersey that prevents homelessness full-time using the homesharing model.
