Homes on the Hill CDC is an award winning community based development corporation providing a wide range of affordable housing development and homeownership education programming to the greater Westside neighborhoods of Columbus and Franklin County. Incorporated in 1993 to develop affordable housing in the Hilltop, Homes on the Hill CDC (HOTH) is a non profit 501(c)(3) organization with an accomplished record of home rehabilitation and homeownership education programs.
