Homeland Preparedness Project’s (HPP’s) mission is to prepare communities for disaster and emergencies by involving everyone in their own safety. By engaging community volunteers in emergency response education and training, and by raising awareness, we encourage every member of the community to take personal responsibility for their own safety.
