HOME Line provides free legal, organizing, education and advocacy services so that tenants throughout Minnesota can solve their own rental housing issues.
HOME Line works to promote and preserve
affordable housing and renters rights at the local, state, and federal levels of government by engaging
tenants and leading advocacy efforts that inform and educate key elected officials and decisions makers. We work to improve public and private policies relating to rental housing by involving affected tenants in the process.
