Description
We provide services to children and adolescents up to the age 21 with medical, physical, behavioral, developmental and/or psychiatric conditions who meet certain eligibility requirements. The programs are designed to address the unique concerns of each child in order to maintain, stabilize, and/or improve current levels of functioning. The services are delivered in the child’s home, the Trudeau Center and the community. In many cases hospitalization is the only alternative. We are family focused and family centered. We are here to help you help your child!
