Hogar de Ayuda El Refugio, Inc. is a nonprofit organization the majority of Hogar de Ayuda El Refugio's actual clientele is comprised of homeless HIV positive and/or AIDS infected females and their children.
Our community based organization serves as a liaison, facilitator and coordinator for the various local and commonwealth government agencies involved, as well as for other community service organizations and volunteer groups.
