Description
HiTOPS is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) with the mission to promote adolescent health and well-being. HiTOPS implements a model of education, health services and support designed to reduce risk behaviors and promote positive health outcomes. HiTOPS targets adolescents with developmentally appropriate health education to middle and high school students, high risk youth, parents and educators across New Jersey and within the only licensed ambulatory care facility exclusively for adolescents in New Jersey.
HiTOPS targets its programs/services to benefit youth ages 10-26, a medically under-served population, across socio-economic ethnicity, gender, age, and sexual orientation.
