Description
Non-Profit Organization dedicated to the empowerment of the Hispanic community and educational advancement for the youth. Every year HSO selects one worthy individual to hold the title "Miss Hispanic SEAFAIR" who represents the community for a whole year, making appearances at various events as a role model and a proactive member of the community. Our Miss also receives a scholarship to help with educational expenses.
