Hilltop Humane Society is a volunteer-run, strictly no-kill, cat rescue organization in Randolph, Massachusetts. Founded in 1965, it was incorporated in 1996 and granted 501(c)(3) non-profit status. Our goal is to alleviate the serious problem of cat over-population on the South Shore of Massachusetts by educating owners on responsible pet ownership, which must include spay/neuter of all animals; rescuing sick, abandoned, and abused cats; and maintaining an active trap-neuter-return program in feral colonies. We maintain a shelter which houses 40-50 cats and a network of foster homes. We are constantly seeking out grants and other sources of funding but the majority of our income comes through donations from caring people who share our love and concern for animals.
