Since 1989, Hillsborough County Anti-Drug Alliance (HCADA) has been working on substance abuse initiatives for adults and children in Hillsborough County. Our vision is to strengthen community prevention and treatment efforts through advocacy, collaboration and coordination with all segments of the community. HCADA is committed to a community collaboration and planning process that continues to make Hillsborough County a healthier and safer place for all of us to live.
