Description
The Higher Living Center is a non profit youth organization that seeks to empower high school age youth with the knowledge of choices that will allow them to create their own opportunities for succes. The Higher Living Center is recognized by the IRS as a 501c3 organization. Its Pilot Program Project C.H.O.I.C.E. promotes awareness of ways that youth can more effeciently utilize the limited education they receive within low incoe public school districts. Operating under the conviction that one must dare to make their dream a reality, The Higher Living Center continues to promote the empowerment of youth through the knowledge of choice.
