Description

HHCR Foundation supports the work of Happy Horizons Children's Ranch, Cebu, Philippines. Which is dedicated to abandoned and abused children who have been trafficked for the purpose of sexual exploitation. HHCR is a full care ministry that provides educational opportunities through its academy, full time residential care and even college for those able to attend. It is a leading compassionate NGO in the area.
