Description
The HerShe Group is dedicated to helping teen girls in fostercare gain the life skills and esteem needed to thrive as independent adults once they are emancipated from the fostercare system. The HerShe Group does this through one-on-one mentoring, exposure to normalizing and extraordinary events, training and discovery and peer support.
Without this program, most girls are destined for homelessness or incarciration after they are released from the system.
