Heroes And Legends (HAL) is a scholarship funding organization that has been assisting performing arts students for almost 20 years. Its main fundraiser is the annual HAL Awards Scholarship dinner which honors celebrities and executives who have made extraordinary strides in their respective fields while contributing to the community at large.
