Description
HPH provides a full program of medical and support services to individuals and their families living in Hernando, Pasco and Citrus counties who are facing end of life issues. The mission of Hernando Pasco Hospice is to meet the needs of and to care for those nearing end of life and to support and encourage their loved ones. We address their needs by extending the boundaries of living through: relief from pain, support for family members and friends, medical equipment, medications, someone to hold a hand.
