Description
Hermitage House is a private non-profit charitable youth agency with a mission of "providing quality care to troubled youth and enabling them to become responsible adults." Licensed and regulated by the PA Department of Public Welfare, the agency provides residential rehabilitation services for court-committed youth. Our philosophy of treatment is based upon the belief that a balance between caring support and consistent discipline, along with appropriate counseling and therapeutic interventions, can make a difference in the life of a troubled youth. Hermitage House has chiefly served Erie and Crawford Counties over the last 34 years. We prepare approximately 100 youth per school year to return to their home communities as responsible adults.
