Our Mission: To plan, promote, develop, fund and deliver important health related initiatives for the benefit of individuals and families of southeast, Iowa. We are committed to keeping quality healthcare local and accessible. It is our belief that the wellness of our communities is essential to a strong future.
Since May, 1990 the Foundation has been committed to bringing high quality, compassionate healthcare to southeast Iowa through collaborative programming with HCHC, community health entities and local wellness initiatives.
