Description

The Hennepin Health Foundation supports the mission and goals of Hennepin County Medical Center. Hennepin County Medical Center provides cutting edge trauma and critical care as well as primary and specialty care to all residents of the metro area, including vulnerable populations such as the uninsured and underinsured. A special safety net fund meets the urgent and emergency needs of patients and families.
