Helping the Helpless Pet Rescue is a 501c3 organization and is dedicated to saving the lives of homeless shelter pets and taking in those who have been abused and neglected. We do this through fostering pets in qualified homes.
HTH strives to help one helpless pet at a time through our love, dedication and education.
