Description

A 501(c)3 not-for-profit outreach center, founded in 1995, with a mission to develop and provide programs and services that impact quality of life for individuals ans families, in an effort to build stronger and more thriving communities.
The purpose of our programs is to
serve the needy by reaching out to strengthen and support families in need, help youth succeed, and assist the elderly and homebound.
