Description

To promote best practices for animal welfare in Eaton County, MI, by encouraging the spaying and neutering of dogs and cats, advocating for and seeking to improve conditions and outcomes for impounded animals, educating the public on responsible pet ownership and reducing the number of adoptable dogs and cats being euthanized in Eaton County, Michigan. H.E.A.R.T. does not operate a shelter or animal care facility, nor do we have plans to do so. Our committment is to promote animal welfare in our community through special programs and to improve conditions for shelter animals.
