HCC, Inc. is a non-profit, faith based organization which seeks to help stop the spread of HIV/AIDS through awareness and education in the communities of color in the Boston area. We will conduct workshops, and provide social service referrals, in order to reduce the transmission, stigma, and discrimination to those persons infected with and/ or affected by the HIV/AIDS virus.
