Description
Millions of children, families, and communities live in poverty today. Although these communities are “poor”, they have significant strengths and resources, including the people – their voice, knowledge, and talents – schools, youth centers, health clinics, churches, etc. There are often various programs and activities that go on in communities. However, they often do not know their true impact. The impact of these resources can be discovered, enhanced, and expanded. This is what the HELP Institute does. We work with community members and organizations to learn and enhance the impact of their programs so that more children, more families, and more communities can be empowered, healthy, and strong.
Many organizations in the hardest hit communities do not have the resources to evaluate, improve, and/or expand their programs so, for these communities, we offer our services for free.
