For the past 25 years I have ministered in the Skid Row Missions of Los Angeles & prisons & penitentiaries in 12 different states. In California, there are 25 penitentiaries, (San Quenten, Pelican Bay, Lancaster , Donovan,& other levels 3 & 4 maximum security facilities) that I"ve ministered in. At the L.A. Co. Jail, I counsel & have Christian chapel services. I send out 330 monthly newsletters out & several support my ministry. I've given out Bibles out of my car trunk for 27 years, New King James soft leather cover, & always need them. I get no salary, nor are there any paid employees. I average 23 services a month, & did 294 services in 2006. Heavenly owes Mel Novak over $58,000 since 1993. I am ordained, but my church is Skid Row & prisons.
