Description

Heartstrings Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support provides families who have lost a baby from conception to one year of age with validation, encouragement and support as well as grief-related education. This is done through group and one-to-one support programs designed to help families grieve, mourn and begin to reconcile themselves to the death of their baby.
