Hearts Reaching out charities, is a 501c3 non-profit. We have numerous projects and one of them being our equine rescue and therapy center. We take in Court Seizures, Owner Surrenders and Abused or neglected horses. We also offer therapy with horses for troubled teens and inner city kids.
