H.E.A.R.T.S. stands for Healing Every Abuse, Recovering Through Stories.
Core purpose: healing abuse through stories.
Core values: safely empowering dignity.
Mission: to provide protective and nurturing programs which heal the damage from abuse so an individual will be able to holistically grow and strengthen relationships to self, others and the community.
H.E.A.R.T.S. classes are for adult survivors of childhood trauma.
