Description
Incorporated in 2000 as a recognized non-profit organization, the Family Nurturing Center of Georgia, Inc. (FNC-GA) was established for the expressed purpose of contracting with the state of Georgia to provide training and technical assistance in the Nurturing Parenting Programs®. The programs help build nurturing parenting skills in families, and therefore aide in the prevention of child abuse and neglect. This organization is one center within a nation-wide network of resource centers supporting the concept of nurturing.
