Description

Heart to Heart is a 100 % voluntary, 501 C (3) organization for families of Congenital Heart Defects and early on-set heart disease. Founded in 1980 H2H established in the interest of sharing experiences and information with others. H2H continues this mission today while promoting public awareness of all pediatric cardiac issues as well as the overwhelming need for continued innovative pediatric cardiac research. CHD's are the most common birth defect in the United States affecting, some 40,000 children annually.
H2H extends hope, education, and emotional support to pediatric cardiac families through hospital visitations, educational meetings, informative booklets, a lending library, a telephone network, website, and a quarterly newsletter. H2H is open to anyone interested in pediatric cardiac issues.
