Description
Healthy Beginnings is the only program in Central Oregon that provides comprehensive early childhood health and developmental screenings, referral, and follow-up services. The purpose of this program is to provide, accessible, preventative screenings to confirm the well-being of children and/or to identify and refer concerns in the areas of health, vision, hearing, nutrition, dental, development, behavior and safety. These services are offered to all children aged birth through five years at no cost to families
