Health Care Center for the Homeless (HCCH)is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. The services at HCCH are provided in a multi-disciplinary approach combining aggressive street outreach with integrated systems of primary health care, dental, vision, behavioral health, education and patient advocacy.
