HEADWATERS, INC., located in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, has over 40 years of experience providing services to people with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, chronically mentally ill, brain injury, physically disabled, individuals who are economically disadvantaged, and children, Birth to 3, with special needs in Forest, Oneida and Vilas counties.
OUR PROGRAMS AND SERVICES: Case Management, Vocational Assessments, Evaulations and Training, Prevocational Services, Community Employment, Sensory Stimulation Program, Adult Daily Living, Community Integration, Recreation, Adult Respite, Assistive Technology, Transportation, and Birth to 3.
