Description
This educational non porfit camp is an 8 day summer music camp for 6th-12th grade students. Professional teachers and coaches teach band, orchestra, chorus, jazz band, conducting, small and large ensembles, jazz improvisation, music history, music theory, and art. Students also have a chance to enjoy horseback riding, swimming, canoeing, hiking, dances, volleyball and the annual staff vs camper baseball game. Many of the activities are geared towards working together as a team and building more confidence and skill in the students musical ability. We offer scholarships to low income families and are in our 48th year of operation. Camp dates Aug 1st-Aug 8th
