Description
The Hays-Caldwell Women’s Center (HCWC) is entering its 30th year of comprehensive service provision to victims of abuse. HCWC operates one of the first six family violence shelters to be funded by the state of Texas and is the only agency in our region to offer the family violence shelter, sexual assault program, children’s advocacy center, 24-hour hospital response, and 24-hour HELPline in one agency. All services are free and confidential.
